Harlow is ready to take his next rider 2’6” to 3’3”. He is reliable and honest to the fences, never needs to see the ring. Easy lead change. He has jumper and equitation (3’ and 3’3”) miles as well. Qualified and competed at Harrisburg in the 3’3” Jrs in 2023 and 2024. Qualified for JHF 2025. Very very sweet and easy going horse. Owner off to college
