Proven jumper who is the ideal show partner. He has taken his current rider from 2' - 0.85 / 2'9. Southbound is an easygoing gentleman and a great partner in the jumper and equitation ring. He can go in hunter derbies and has good flatwork as well as an easy lead change. Recently, Southbound was circuit Reserve Champion at 0.85 during the Terranova Equestrian Center /Split Rock show series. Outside of the show ring, Southbound loves to go for relaxing trail rides and have fun with his rider.

He needs minimal prep at shows, gets along well with other horses in turn out, and requires the typical maintenance for a show horse. Southbound is coming off a lease with a junior rider that ends in September 2025, and he is available to be seen and tried now pending the conclusion of the lease. Located in Naples, Florida.
