Meet Matteo, a stunning 8-year-old Belgium Warmblood gelding with a pedigree that speaks for itself. The last few years, showing in the hunter and jumper rings, Matteo has already proven he can hold his own and win against tough competition.
He was champion in the 3’3 jr hunters and winner of the classic at the Colorado Horse Park 2024 summer shows. Winning the 3’3 and 3’6 with a 15 year old JR rider in the large jr hunters Matteo put down many wins this July and September 2024 , He has tons of placings in the 1.05m jumpers in Colorado and in Palm Springs. He is truly a special partner.
Matteo did his first national hunter derby and had high scores with a jr rider awarding them 3rd place in the derby!
He can double as an equitation horse and has experience in the Hammel the Dorthy and THIS medal as well as WIHS Hunter and jumper phase. In 2025 At the Denver stock show he won the ASPCA Mclay! He was also champion in the performance hunters as well as winning every class in the 3’3 jr hunters.
Matteo is also offered for a yearly lease. With option to buy.
